Lanie Figueroa is the CEO of I AM Worthy Therapy Services and Beautiful Struggle Inc. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, with over 14 years of experience in the field. As a bilingual licensed clinical social worker, Ms. Figueroa is qualified to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. She is dedicated to empowering women through self-help mental health workshops and her “I Am Worthy” apparel line.

Passionate about supporting trauma survivors, she focuses on relieving generational trauma. Ms. Figueroa practices from a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, using therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and solutions-based therapy. She is available for consultations in both English and Spanish.
